RESERVATION POLICIES

At Tommy’s, we welcome guests to visit any time without reservation; however, please note that there may be a wait, especially during peak dining hours. We accept reservations on a limited basis as some reservation times are in high demand. Once a time frame is full, we no longer accept reservations for that time but can place you on a “Wait List” for the next available opening. 

We aim to accommodate as many reservations as possible for the best dining experience. If you will be late for your reservation, please call to advise us and make sure all guests are present to be seated upon arrival. Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control make lat arrival seatings difficult, so please be prepared.

RESERVATION PROCESS:

• We do not accept “Call Ahead” reservations.  
• To be seated for a reservation, all guests must be present. 
• No tables will be held beyond 20 minutes.
• We will do our best to accommodate all seating requests but cannot guarantee specific table placement.

GROUP RESERVATIONS: 10 Guests +

A completed Credit Card Authorization Form requiring a “NO SHOW” credit card guarantee of $50 per reserved seat will guarantee GROUP RESERVATIONS. It must be submitted, and accepted. You will receive an email verification of the approved reservation.

The CCAF guarantees that the entire group can be seated at 1-2 tables with the assurance of being seated next to one another. Your reservation is not finalized until the CCAF is received and signed. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. 

Failure to give proper cancellation notice via email (at least a 12-hour notice) will cancel the reservation, and the card on file will be charged $50.00 for each guest seat reservation.

NOTE: Your credit card will ONLY be charged if the number of guests you guaranteed does not show up.

GROUP RESERVATION PROCESS for 10+ Guests:

• Download the credit card authorization form. Credit Card Authorization Form
• Once the guest count is confirmed, the cardholder of your reservation will be held to a headcount guarantee
• Cancellations not following the above-mentioned process will incur a $50 per seat penalty for all reserved seats that are not filled (with a 2-person leeway).
• One check or multiple checks allowed.
• Each seating is limited to a two (2.5) hour seating time frame.
